Ralph Moody Talladega Update.

For some time now, we have been following the progress on the Moody Talladega. Like most of us, there are times of great progress and other times when little change can be seen. Ralph Moody has been taking his time to make sure the Black Talladega of his father gets the restoration it deserves. Previously, we have shared Ralph’s progress with anticipation of what the next step would bring.

This is what Ralph had to say about this most recent and most exciting update!

” I Wanted to update you on the car’s progress.

“I am getting close; the car is back on the road, and the pictures below document the progress. I am still doing some tuning and carb adjustments. It goes back to the paint shop for wet sand/buff (previously had no front/rear glass to allow headliner install); now it’s safe not to throw compound onto the new interior 😊.    The interior is almost complete (few minor trim items yet to go on.)”

I will keep you updated and hope to have it completely finished by the end of September.

Here is the image I keep looking at…I just love this, correct, for this car, black paint. In my opinion, the hood scoop and those beautiful wheels just set it off and give it its own distinctive and up scale look!
